Achieving greater wealth doesn't hold value if it isn't matched by good health; both aspects must evolve hand in hand. Here’s my strategy for fostering this dual growth in 2024:

Health and wealth share more than just similar letters; they are meant to coexist harmoniously. The enjoyment of wealth is only genuine when coupled with robust health—be it psychological, physical, or emotional. Below is my roadmap to embody my ideal self and achieve greater success in the coming year, featuring wellness and career-related goals ranked by significance:

  1. Prioritize sleep: I will no longer indulge in late-night binge-watching, aiming for 8 to 9 hours of restful sleep each night.
  2. Improve my diet.
  3. Maintain my Pilates regimen.
  4. Increase quality moments with family and friends.
  5. Allocate more time for spiritual practices.
  6. Write on Medium five times a week, comprising one long-form and four short pieces, up from my current one or two posts weekly.
  7. Enhance my money mindset and self-confidence through journaling.
  8. Promote my newsletter more frequently.
  9. Remember to take breaks during writing sessions, utilizing the Pomodoro technique.
  10. Travel at least three times throughout the year.
  11. Meditate twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
  12. Join affiliate programs.
  13. Study Amazon ads to promote my primary book effectively.
  14. Spend additional time in nature.
  15. Publish a minimum of two low-content books on KDP each month.
  16. Regularly update my blog with fresh content.
  17. Engage more actively with others on Medium and X (Twitter) through authentic commentary.

What's Your Priority?

Organizing this list by priority was challenging, as each item holds significant value. However, it was enlightening to see my selections once I finished. I realized that prioritizing time with loved ones or writing at the top didn’t feel right; I need to focus on self-improvement first to be at my best in those cherished moments.

I encourage you to create your own list and experiment with prioritizing your goals. You might discover some clarity along the way.

Chapter 2: Reflecting on the Year

As the year draws to a close, I love to dedicate the last week to reflect on the past year and outline plans for the upcoming one. The warmth, love, and hope of the season make it easier to adopt a lighter outlook.
