In today's fast-paced world, it's all too easy to grab your phone and dive into social media the moment you wake up. What starts as a quick scroll can quickly spiral into a 15-minute delay, jeopardizing your morning schedule. About a week ago, I challenged myself to enhance my productivity both at night and first thing in the morning. I anticipated gradual improvements, but I was pleasantly surprised to see immediate changes.

Morning Rituals

Each morning, I now strive to rise as soon as my alarm sounds. While I occasionally indulge in a few extra moments of rest, I've significantly reduced my time spent lounging in bed. Surprisingly, I've also adopted the habit of making my bed daily. Previously, I thought, “Why bother? I’ll just mess it up later,” but giving it a try has transformed my perspective. My room feels tidier, and I gain a sense of accomplishment right from the start of my day.

Another positive addition to my mornings is incorporating exercise or simple stretching routines. Engaging in physical activity has been a long-standing practice for me, and it serves as an excellent way to boost my energy and prepare for the day ahead.
